Comprehensive Eye Exams
in North Scottsdale

Board-certified optometrists serving 85255 and 85260 — full screenings for glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration with advanced retinal cameras.

Vision Care Rooted
in Eye Health

A comprehensive eye exam at Visions Optique & Eyecare goes beyond a basic vision screening. Our board-certified optometrists check visual acuity, review your health history, and perform full screenings for glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration using advanced retinal cameras — because clear vision starts with healthy eyes.

Both adults and children benefit from a comprehensive exam every year — patients managing diabetes, glaucoma risk, high blood pressure, or a family history of eye disease are especially important to see annually. We serve patients throughout North Scottsdale, including 85255 and 85260, plus Grayhawk, DC Ranch, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, and Cave Creek.

Automated pre-testing measures your prescription, pupil reactions, color vision, and peripheral vision. Your doctor then performs a full refraction, evaluates binocular vision and eye muscle function, and examines your eyes with a high-magnification slit lamp. Intraocular pressure is checked with a brief, contact-free air puff.

No. Optometrists are primary care providers for eye health and can be scheduled directly — most vision and medical insurance plans allow this. Call 480-515-2727 and we'll verify your benefits before your visit.

A routine vision exam updates your corrective lens prescription. A medical eye exam evaluates eye health and manages conditions like dry eye, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy — billed through medical insurance rather than vision insurance. Some visits include both components and we'll help you understand how your benefits apply.
